At Redpine Goods, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original packaging, including all instructions, accessories, and parts.
- Products must not be altered or damaged and must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Orders with quantities of 20 or more of a single product are considered Special Orders and are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Free Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Redpine Goods Customer Service: Please contact us directly via email at support@redpinegoods.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Provide your original Order/Invoice # and the reason for the return.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as they may not be accepted.
- Receive Your Pre-Paid Return Label: For all eligible returns, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included. Affix the provided return label to the package and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside as instructed.
- Ship the Item: Drop the package off with the specified carrier. For oversized freight items, we will help coordinate a pickup with the freight carrier directly with you.
Refunds and Credits
- Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will process your refund or exchange.
- We offer free returns. You will receive a full refund for the product cost.
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase (for orders under $75) are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Redpine Goods Customer Service immediately. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
