1. About Redpine Goods
Redpine Goods is a Canadian online retailer based in London, Ontario, dedicated to providing a curated selection of quality home goods, fitness equipment, outdoor living essentials, and games & recreation products designed to enhance life at home, inside and out. We operate primarily as a dropshipping business, fulfilling orders through our trusted partners, Drexel Dealer, and other potential fulfillment partners.
2. Use of Our Site
- Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use this Site or make purchases.
- Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not use our products or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Order Acceptance and Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. Payment
Payment for all orders must be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered on the Site at the time of checkout. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third-party payment processors to facilitate the completion of your purchase.

- Responsibility for LTL/Freight Receiving: For oversized or heavy items shipped via LTL freight, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time and for moving the item from the curbside delivery point into their premises unless other arrangements have been explicitly made and paid for.

7. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Redpine Goods or its suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
8. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

13. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
