We currently ship to addresses within Canada.
Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping options and costs for your order will vary depending on your delivery location and the size/weight of the items purchased.
- For all orders with a total value under $75.00 CAD (before taxes), a flat-rate shipping fee of $25.00 CAD will be applied.
- For all orders with a total value of $75.00 CAD or more (before taxes), we are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you at the time of checkout.
Shipping of Oversized & Heavy Items
Please note: Some of our larger and heavier items, such as select rowing machines, large game tables, and certain fire pits, require shipment via specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.
While your shipping cost will follow our standard policy above, these freight deliveries have specific characteristics:
- Delivery Method: Freight deliveries are typically “curbside,” meaning the carrier will deliver the item to the curb at the end of your driveway. You will be responsible for moving the item into your home.
- Appointment Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Order Processing Time
Once you place your order on RedpineGoods.com, we will process it and send it for shipping.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada, but generally, orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly with the shipping carrier.
Important Shipping Information
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete information at checkout:
- A phone number is required for all shipments.
- Please double-check your name, address, and postal code for accuracy. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay your shipment and could result in additional charges.
- If applicable, don’t forget to include buzzer codes or any other necessary delivery details on the second address line.
- Ship-to locations must be a civic address. Shipments to a PO Box or Rural Route address must also include a physical street address or highway number.
- If shipping to a business address, the business name must be included in the “Company” field.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Redpine Goods Customer Service immediately. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue for you.
